BioEntrepreneurship Initiative

Cornell’s BioEntrepreneurship Initiative offers Johnson MBA students and doctoral life scientists from across Cornell’s campuses the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world startup creation. Participants learn the tools and process in launching a life science startup through a certificate program offered by the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Up to 30 participants are selected per annual cohort, of which half are MBA students and half are researchers/innovators/clinicians on the life sciences. Researchers/innovators/clinicians should be doctoral candidates, postdocs or junior faculty from across Cornell’s schools such as Weill Cornell Medicine, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Engineering and College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, as well as Cornell’s Tri-Institutional partners.
