Description: Crbn mice carry loxP sites flanking exons 3 and 4 of the cereblon (Crbn) gene. When bred with mice expressing Cre recombinase, offspring will have exons 3 and 4 deleted and exhibit learning deficits.
Application: Mouse model useful in studies of non-syndromic intellectual disability, memory, and learning.
