Description: LRRK2R1441G transgenic mice express the mutant form of human leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2*R1441G) under the control of the human LRRK2 promoter/enhancer regions on the BAC transgene. These mice exhibit multiple late-onset and progressive features of Parkinson’s disease.
Application: Mouse model for studying Parkinson’s disease pathogenesis and neurodegeneration by LRRK2R1441G expression.
