Antigen: Soluble adenylyl cyclase (sAC)
Known Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat
Clone: R41
Host: Mouse
Description: sAC catalyzes the production of the second messenger cAMP and is found in the cytoplasm, mitochondria, centriole, and nucleus. R41 was generated against a glutathione-Stransferase fusion protein corresponding to the 50 kDa splice variant of human sAC, recognizing the epitope of 450-466. Antibodies can be used to study cAMP activities in various signaling pathways related to sterility, neuroactivities, and inflammation.
Applications: WB, IP, ICC/IHC
